General Live Stream Rules
1. Be Respectful
Treat everyone with respect in the live streams with kindness and consideration at all times. Failing to do so may result a timeout or warning.
2. No Swearing
Do not use fowl language! If you feel like swearing, you may do so, but please don’t direct it at other members and keep it to a minimum.
3. Respect The Hue Gang Members
Do not speak negatively about THG's members or itself in the live chat. If you do, you will get ignored or most likely punished. This will be considered trolling, as rule 14. If you need clarification or info about The Hue Gang, please check the about section (the button) below or ask luklala2 on the live streams.
4. No Slurs and Racism
Especially the N word, DO NOT SAY ANY TYPE OF SLUR. Doing so will get you an immediate ban.
5. Greetings
Remember: "Hue" = Hi
On live streams, when you see the word "hue", it means a friendly greeting, the same as when greeting someone (like Hello and Hi). Do not take it as something else. Info about this is on the about page. (check the about button ahead)
6. No Harassment
Do not harass luklala2 or anyone in the stream. Severe punishment may follow.
7. No Raids
Raids for flooding or any other purpose will not be tolerated.
8. No Drama
Keep it positive. Dont start unecessary conflicts. Doing so will get you banned or warned.
9. No Spam
Avoid flooding the chat with repetitive messages. Repasting same words every stream will get you banned. For absurdly long messages or bit close or over to the youtube chat message limit, use a text pasting service like Pastebin. (or you can just split the text in different messages)
10. Moderator Conduct
Live stream moderators must not abuse their powers and follow the special moderator handbook. Failing to do so will remove your moderator permissions.
11. No Self-Promotion
Promoting other streams or content is not allowed.
12. NO GEN Z
DO NOT USE GEN Z WORDS LIKE BLUD, GNG, BRAINROT SLANGS (sybau, ts, sdiybt, etc...) AND OTHER SLANG WORDS USED BY GEN Z ON THE LIVE STREAM CHAT. Most slang words don't apply but applies in the rule similar slang words commonly found in Instagram Reels and/or TikTok comment sections. WE ARE NORMAL HERE. SKULL EMOJI IS BANNED. DO NOT TRY TO USE IT.
Some brainrot/Gen Z words are fine to use as a joke or in common sense but don't overuse it.
If you say a brainrot/Gen Z word, most likely nothing will happen, but deliberately using on everything may get you asked.
13. No Spying
Any form of spying or monitoring the community will be met with severe consequences. If caught, expect harsh penalties.
14. No Trolling
Any trolling on the game and/or the live stream will be ignored, you being kicked or room private. You can add me as an friend on Nintendo Switch, Pretendo (Wii U) to join private rooms.
15. Begging
Do not forcefully beg luklala2 to change game or make people uncomfortable. This disrupts the stream, stream chat, the viewers and the experience.
16. No NSFW
DONT TRY TO SEND OR DISCUSS NSFW CONTENT IN THE LIVE CHAT. DOING SO WILL GET YOU AN IMMEDIATE BAN.
This counts:
Adult content (links, dating, etc...);
18+ content discussion;
Adult or 18+ NSFW references;
Anything else related to NSFW.
17. Reporting
If you see someone breaking the rules, report them in the youtube stream chat, inform moderators or luklala2.
18. Impersonation
Impersonation will be dealt accordingly and banned from the streams until the account is deleted.
Some Notes
If a moderator calls you out on stream for breaking a rule, respect them. Ask what went wrong to understand the issue.
Moderators also follow the rules. Failure to do so may lead to demotion.
Just because something is not listed here doesn't mean it is allowed! Moderators may enforce timeouts and bans for unlisted actions as needed.
Mario Kart Live Stream Rules
Some important things for the MK8D live streams will be adressed here. Short version may be found on the live stream description. General stream rules still apply.
1. No Cheating
Do not use hacks or various tools to cheat and win in the lobbies on the live stream. Doing so will result into different harsh punishments.
2. No Trolling
Do not troll other racers in the lobby repeatedly with the intention to ruin other's experience.
Counts as:
Being first and waiting at the finish line and mushshrooming after (with the intent to make people angry);
Waiting seconds at the start of a race, driving backwards;
Other disruptive troll practices.
You can do these for fun, just do not make people uncomfortable.
3. Allow racers to win
We know this one might be easy to overlook, but if you’re consistently winning and getting 1st place, consider letting others take the top spot too. This way, everyone has a chance to enjoy the fun, and it keeps the game exciting for all players. Remember, it’s all about having a great time together!
Super Mario Maker 2 Live Stream Rules
Some important things for the live streams will be adressed here. Before submitting levels please read this before doing so. Short version may be found on live stream description. General stream rules still apply.
1. Kaizos
Please DO NOT SUBMIT KAIZOS DURING THE LIVE STREAMS. While kaizo levels are popular in Mario Maker, i'm not a kaizo expert like Panga, DGR and others. I will struggle beating them. Kaizo levels will be ignored. Repeated submissions could also lead to further action.
2. No spamming submissions or begging
Please don't spam or repeatedly ask me to play your level. I try to play as many submissions as I can, so let's keep it fair and fun for everyone! You should use the queue system for the highest chance to see your level.
3. No impossible levels or duplicates
Do not submit the same level more than once or submit levels that are overly difficult on stream. Levels I cant beat will be skipped.
4. Commands
For submitting levels on stream, use the !add command to submit into the queue properly. The syntax is: !add XXX-XXX-XXX
Example: !add 12H-U56-7E9
I will follow the queue in order the levels were submitted. Please have some patience when waiting to get your level played. We use this system to keep all level requests organized, including yours!
Nightbot timeout times are dependant, they do not match this list!
Punishment
System
(Live Stream)
Warnings older than a specific amount of days are considered expired. For active warnings, the following punishments are given when you get a warning:
One Warn: Nothing
2 Warns: Cleared messages or 5 minutes timeout
3 Warns: 10 minutes timeout
4 Warns: 30 minutes timeout or Live Chat kick
5 Warns: Banned for a week
6 Warns: Up to Moderators
7 Warns: Permanent ban from the channel
Notice: Moderators may choose to skip or change punishments on a case-by-case basis.
